How do I reset my password?

Password reset is not currently available in-app. Please email us and we'll sort it out manually.

Can I import my watchlist from Letterboxd or another app?

Not yet — it's on the roadmap.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your ratings, reviews, watchlists, and followers — there's no recovery.

Why is a movie or show missing?

Showvie uses TMDB for its catalog. If something is missing, you can add it directly at themoviedb.org and it will appear in Showvie shortly after.
